Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, your notification must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Petzuva has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Petzuva may also, in its sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
